I know the you did was mess up. But it alright because you have to tell the truth. That was the right thing to do. The other reason why I'm so proud of you because that actually was racist. Why would a white police officer shoot a black kid for no reason? Well the white police officer said "Ooh I thought he was pulling a weapon". If your partner kill someone for no reason,should you tell or keep quiet?
I will tell because because what if your partner kill someone for no reason. And he tell you to don't tell nobody. You should tell because what if your boss see it and he fire the both of you. That's why you should always tell if you see your partner do something wrong.
A text to self connection that this situation happened to me was when I was in the 5th grade. I was hanging out my cousin named Tommy. We was walking to Fort Green Park to play basketball. I couldn't believe my eye's! My friend's was robbing a guy. He look at me and I feel sad even though my friend said don't tell nobody. But I still told because the guy was trying to say "help". I got a reward for contacting them in time. That's how I use text to self connection.

A Sad Day
A situation that may my family and I had to move was a fire.It happen in brooklyn. We was living there for 9 year. I was playing my p3 and outside was a shoot out. My mom said "don't worry everything is going to be alright". So the next day it was a hot sunny day. I was wearing a red snapback and my brother was wearing a bright t-shirt. I look at my clear window and I couldn't believe my eyes! There was many white ambulance. The next day was a dark gloomy day. I was invited in a funeral,but we had to wear black suits,pants,and shoes. When I got there once i seen everyone crying, I started crying. I was crying because of the people who died,I was crying cause the song. The song they had on was "Tears in Heaven"by Eric Clapton. When they buried the coffin it was steel with a lot of blossoms and roses. Then we went home to have dinner and had a safe day.
